These terms explain the rules for using Signforus, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We've kept them as plain and fair as we can.

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Signforuswebsite, waitlist, and service (together, the “Service”), operated by [Registered legal entity name], [Registered office address], India. By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

03Waitlist and early access

Signforus is an early-stage product. Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about access and updates, but it does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature.

Any early-adopter offer we advertise (such as lifetime pricing for the first eligible teams) is subject to availability, applies while your subscription remains continuously active, is personal to your account, and is not transferable. We will honour offers made to you in good faith, and we'll be clear about any conditions when the offer is confirmed.

04Your account

  • You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Please notify us promptly at support@signforus.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

05Plans, pricing, and payments

  • We offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. The features and prices of each plan are shown on our website and may change over time.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our third-party payment providers.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, such as GST, which will be added where required.
  • You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • If we change the price of a plan, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to you.

06Your content and responsibilities

You (and your team) retain ownership of the content you provide to build signatures — names, titles, contact details, logos, images, and links (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the right to use and share Your Content, including any personal data of your team members and any logos, images, or trademarks.
  • Your Content and your use of signatures comply with applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam rules.
  • You have provided any notices or obtained any consents required from your team members before adding their details.

07Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose, including sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Upload content that infringes others' rights or that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or disrupt its operation.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to build or train a competing product.

08Third-party services and integrations

The Service can connect to third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoho. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining the access and permissions needed for integrations to work.

09Our intellectual property

The Service, including our software, design, and branding, is owned by Signforus and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here. All feedback you share with us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

10Availability and changes

As an early-stage product, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally suspend the Service for maintenance. We do not currently offer a formal uptime or service-level guarantee, though we work hard to keep the Service reliable.

11Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly compatible with every email client or platform.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signforus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 if you use a free plan.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Signforus harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will handle any remaining data in line with our Privacy Policy.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [City], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

16Changes to these Terms
